Amendments and Cancellations:
Changes to your accommodation booking (including cancellations, date changes, or name substitutions) may be made up to and including Thursday, 9 July 2026.

After Thursday, 9 July 2026: (55 days prior to the event)
No refunds, cancellations, or amendments (except name substitutions) will be accepted for any reason. This includes non-attendance, travel disruptions, or any other circumstances.

Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations made before 9 July 2026 will be processed in accordance with the payment method used at the time of booking, less any applicable administrative fees.

We strongly recommend all attendees purchase travel insurance that covers accommodation costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Each delegate will need to provide a $200.00 credit card pre-authorisation for security during their stay. Guest will settle their own incidentals on departure.
