Begin your SHAPE 2026 experience with an unforgettable evening at the iconic Plantation House, where stunning Tweed Valley views, exceptional food and warm hospitality set the scene for three inspiring days ahead.

As the sun sets over the picturesque landscape, delegates will be welcomed to Kingscliff by acclaimed chef, restaurateur and industry personality Steven Snow, one of Australia's most celebrated hospitality figures having earnt more than 20 consecutive years of Chef's Hats, recognition as Owner and chef at Australia's Best Seafood Restaurant, and accolades for sustainable dining and outstanding wine programs.

Set on the sweeping lawns of Plantation House, guests will enjoy arrival drinks and roaming canapés while taking in the spectacular sunset views across the Tweed Valley. As the evening unfolds, a series of interactive live cooking stations curated by the award-winning FINS team will showcase the region's incredible produce, offering guests the opportunity to experience the creativity and passion that has made FINS one of Australia's most respected dining destinations.

Originally established in 1972 and beautifully restored to enhance its timeless charm, Plantation House combines rich farming heritage with contemporary elegance, creating the perfect backdrop for connection, conversation and celebration.

With live music, exceptional food and wine, and the opportunity to network with fellow attendees before the conference begins, this special welcome event captures the very best of Northern Rivers hospitality.

Buses will run between Mantra and FINS Plantation House between 4.30pm – 5:15pm and 8:00pm – 9:00pm
