Michael Jones is a recruitment trainer with almost 20yrs' industry experience, including 10 years with a global market-leader in a leadership role.

Over the past 16 years, Michael has trained thousands of recruiters all across the world and supported over 100 recruitment agencies across Australia and New Zealand with training, consulting and recruiting. He is Chair of the RCSA WA Committee, was a finalist in the RCSA Industry Awards 2025 for the Recruitment Professional of the Year category, and has emceed the Top Billers Stage at the RCSA's Talent X event two years in a row.

Michael is passionate about driving best practice, raising standards and building recruiters' confidence and competence through delivering high-quality and impactful in-person training, and can always be relied upon to provide practical, commercially relevant and revenue generating strategies and techniques.
