Tim is an experienced senior executive and business leader with a strong history of driving organisational growth in complex and challenging environments. He has built a diverse career across a range of sectors, including wealth management, financial services, superannuation, not-for-profit, membership, and education.



In addition to his executive roles, Tim is deeply involved in the not-for-profit sector. He serves as a Board member and Chair of the Fundraising Committee for the Robert Connor Dawes Foundation, which is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for paediatric brain tumour research, as well as providing support to children undergoing treatment.

Tim is also a Board member of Awards Victoria, an organisation that focuses on experiential learning for young people. In his governance role at Awards Victoria, he chairs the Audit, Finance, and Governance Committee.

Tim holds a Diploma of Marketing and Management and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Williamson Community Leadership Program, one of Victoria’s leading leadership development programs.
