Luke Darcy is a former Australian professional athlete, playing over 200 AFL games and serving as Western Bulldog’s captain during his 14-year career. Transitioning into media roles, Luke was co-host of the highest rating breakfast show in Melbourne for 11 years and has played key commentary and hosting roles on Ch7’s Saturday Night Football, Talking Footy and the Commonwealth and Olympic Games coverage. He is currently the host of the Empowering Leaders podcast. Luke has successfully owned and operated a number of businesses in the hospitality, wellbeing, learn to swim, and leadership spaces.



He has a centred vision to create empowering leaders who engage in reflective practice and provide their teams with collaborative learning environments.

Luke is also a dedicated father of four and a life-long meditator who is passionate about passing on his experience for the benefit of others.
